What kind of work do you take?
Interior remodels are the primary focus — kitchens, bathrooms, and
related carpentry. Decks, siding, and concrete formwork are
accepted when the project is a suitable fit. Other carpentry is
reviewed individually.
Union carpenter — what does that mean for my house?
Training and work habits come from commercial and union
environments: accurate layout, sound structure, and careful
attention to work that is later concealed. Your project remains a
residential remodel, completed to professional trade standards.
How does scheduling work?
Submit an inquiry with the project scope, location, and preferred
timing. If the work is a suitable fit, a walkthrough will be
offered. A start date is not confirmed until the scope has been
reviewed in person. Projects are scheduled around current
commitments.
Do you design the remodel?
AV Construction provides construction services. Projects with
drawings, a designer, or a defined plan can proceed from that
documentation. If you need guidance on layout or what is
buildable, note that in the inquiry and it can be discussed during
the walkthrough.
Licensing, insurance, and permits?
Please ask in your inquiry. Requirements vary by project and
jurisdiction. Work does not begin until those details are
confirmed.
What should I include in an inquiry?
Location or area, a description of the work, photographs if
available, and an approximate timeline. A budget range is helpful
but not required. A brief outline is sufficient to begin.
Where do you work?
Include your city in the inquiry. Coverage will be listed on this
site once the service area is confirmed. Distance and current
schedule are reviewed before a walkthrough is offered.
Can I see examples of completed work?
The gallery currently uses sample photography for layout. Project
photos from completed AV Construction jobs will replace those
images. Walkthroughs can also include discussion of similar work.
